Birthday Breakfast at 3 Trees Lookout Point
Hi Fans!

Today Mom woke me up at 6:30 a.m. and said we were going to surprise Jaya's husband with a birthday breakfast. Oh goodie--Food!!! First she saddled up Donny, then me. Gary showed up at the barn in a new pair of cowboy boots. Then Mom and I ponied Don with Gary aboard, all the way to Three Trees Lookout Point.

When we got there, Jaya already had breakfast spread out for Gary and the family.

Donny and I got yummy California alfalfa. Hey! Where's Mister Albino?

Eating yogurt.

After breakfast, Jaya and Gary posed against the backdrop of the Lookout Point.

The whole family wanted their picture taken with Donovan, since he brought Gary up to the Lookout without tripping more than once.

Hey, what's the big deal? This week I walked into a fast-flowing stream without any coaxing and Mom didn't even blog about it!

Everyone bragging about Forest doing well in his lesson this week, too. He can walk and trot around the arena with Jaya on top. So what?

Look who's showing Donnie the way back home--ME, Winnie, the Wild Mustang! And I didn't trip at all, out or back. Donny may be gaited, but he's a clumsy oaf who falls on his nose every time he hits a bump in the trail.

When we got back, Jaya's horses were still sleeping in the round pen and Sis wanted her photo taken with Asali. Those lazy lumps didn't even help with Gary's surprise, and they don't even know Gary's REAL birthday isn't until Monday.

Want to know whose birthday it REALLY is? Mom told me her dad is 98 years old today! NOW THAT IS SOMETHING TO BRAG ABOUT. Happy birthday Ken Byrns!
Love,
Winnie

Now, now, Winnie, don't be jealous of Donny. We all know you are the real super star! Everyone wants your autograph. We're not asking you to share the spotlight. We're just asking you to be nice. Donovan needs love too! ;)
Thank you, Winnie and Donny, for helping with Gary's surprise early birthday breakfast. What a great morning! We should have more breakfasts in the woods when the weather is nice like it was yesterday... looking forward to Spring!
Oh yea, Happy Birthday, Grandpa!!!
Love, JayaMae (aka Sis)
Hi, Winnie. Don't worry about Donovan. He is very cute in his own right but just remember what Mister Albino says about you. You're faster than Secretariat, Prettier than Black Beauty, Smarter than Trigger, Funnier than Mister Ed and better groomed than Traveller. Speaking of Mister Albino, yogurt? We're surprised his body didn't reject something that healthful.

Hi, Winnie and Donovan.
That looks like a fun party, especially the alfalfa part. I call alfalfa "breakfast of champions".

Hi Winnie,
I'm glad to see you and your family looking so well. Evidently CA agrees with you! Look-Out point is beautiful. I enjoy seeing your pics & hearing how all of you are doing. Right now I'm waiting for another round of snow that I get to drive through tomorrow AM You're a lucky little Mustang. Stay well.
Ha...Ha...Ha... I love it! Thank you all for the best birthday breakfast ever!!
Hi, Winnie.
I bet that was a fun party. It looks warm where you are. Here in New England it's still chilly. Mister Albino and yogurt? Has he not adjusted to the elevation out there yet?
